Specialist Executive Manager - PMO - Office of Security - Hyderabad

About the role

The US India Office of Security (OoS) is seeking an experienced manager to drive standardization, governance, knowledge management, and process excellence across the USI security organization. You will work closely with India and US-based stakeholders to establish consistent ways of working, strengthen execution discipline, and enable effective governance and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead budget tracking and reporting of financial metrics to the MD/RSO
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance consistency, transparency, efficiency, and service quality
• Serve as the USI Office of Security POC for all audits and reviews (internal, client, accreditation/certification requirements, etc)
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Provide strategic reporting and operational insights to support leadership decisions, including high-level dashboards
• Change Management and Transformation: Leading organizational change initiatives, supporting adoption of new tools and methodologies
