Specialist, Exit Management

About the role

Looking for a Specialist - Exit Management experienced for handling the entire set of exit processes including resignations, separation, F&F, recoveries and related documentation.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end offboarding processes for the on-roll employees and interns with strict adherence to Company policies, SOPs and Indian labour laws
• Ensuring the required process adherence and documentation in various types of separations (voluntary/ involuntary, absconding, etc.) as per the internal SOPs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for no-dues clearance and asset recovery
• Monitor the process timelines and continuously improve execution and compliance across the offboarding lifecycle
• Full & Final Settlements (F&F)
