What you'll do

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns
