What you'll do

• Perform customer account creation and account set-up activities in accordance with defined policies and procedures
• Review customer onboarding documentation and conduct credit evaluations using established risk assessment parameters
• Analyze customer credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
• Recommend and review credit limits in line with company policies and risk management guidelines
