Specialist I - User Research Design Strategist

About the role

As a Specialist I - UX Design, you will be challenged to drive through complex and ambiguous scenarios of transformational projects and initiatives. We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an ability to collaborate, create and articulate your thoughts and frameworks that pave way for experiences to be built upon.

What you'll do

• Observe and study the paradigm shifts happening at the intersection of cultural, social, economic, political, technological, and market forces
• Device methodologies to discern the future and map the emerging landscape with scenario planning and plausible narratives on potential futures
• Work towards identifying the core problem areas and arriving to creative briefs in ambiguous situations, especially with large-scale businesses
• Uncover uncharted needs through deep-dives to plan and create strategic point of views encapsulating consumer insights
• Create experience/ecosystem maps, develop insights, experience/service journeys and blueprints, interaction models

What you need
