About the role

In this central expert role, you will provide Level 2 SAP support for business-critical processes within the MM and SD modules. You will analyze and resolve posting-related issues, ensure system stability, and support seamless business operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 SAP support for business-critical processes within the MM and SD modules
• Analyze and resolve posting-related issues, ensure system stability, and support seamless business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Identifying system-related causes of errors
• Training and 2nd level SAP (ECC and S/4 Hana) support of users worldwide
