About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to shape and oversee the creation of marketing assets and design collateral across print and digital platforms. In this leadership role, you will define and drive the creative direction for design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity.

What you'll do

• Shaping and overseeing the creation of marketing assets and related design collateral for both print and digital platforms
• Mentor, manage and lead (if required) a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive visual communication strategies
• Oversee resource allocation, project budgets, and workflow processes to maximize team efficiency and output
