About the role

The RM Services Manager leads more than one service area or regional team of RM. Professionals to deliver RM services in alignment with TS mission and overall deployment strategy. Talent Services (TS), a channel of the Deloitte Talent organization within the Enabling Areas business, deliver a breadth of Talent services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services model.

What you'll do

• As a Specialist Manager, Deployment on the Talent Services team, you will be responsible for leading resource management delivery, stakeholder support
• Lead a service area or regional resource management team to execute staffing and deployment processes aligned to Talent Services priorities and business needs
• Serve as a primary advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on staffing, deployment, workforce planning, and resource management priorities
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, monitor productivity, and support delivery against service expectations and business plans
• Analyze workforce trends, demand forecasts, utilization, and deployment metrics to identify gaps, risks, and actions needed
