What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, vendor evaluation, price negotiations, PO creation, and vendor management
• Handle import shipments and coordinate customs clearance with CHAs, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
• Manage STPI-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procurement procedures
• Maintain procurement records, prepare reports, and manage transactions through the ERP system
