About the role

Manage CMDB foundation data including product models deduplication activities and data quality improvements Handle BAU requests incidents and service tickets related to CMDB data and configuration items Monitor and maintain CMDB data accuracy consistency and governance standards across the platform Perform analysis troubleshooting and stakeholder support to ensure reliable configuration data management

What you'll do

• Manage CMDB foundation data including product models deduplication activities and data quality improvements
• Handle BAU requests incidents and service tickets related to CMDB data and configuration items
• Monitor and maintain CMDB data accuracy consistency and governance standards across the platform
• Perform analysis troubleshooting and stakeholder support to ensure reliable configuration data management
• Manage coordinate and oversee daytoday Discovery operations for Onpremises and Cloud infrastructure

What you need

• 5–12 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• Any graduate
