Specialist Payment Processing - Finance and SCM

About the role

Lead root cause analysis for recurring payment delays or disputes. Collaborate with credit control and legal teams for risk mitigation. Drive reduction in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and bad debt. Conduct periodic reviews of customer payment behavior and trends. Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
