What you'll do

• Identify automation opportunities across HR processes and translate them into robust workflow and RPA solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using e.g. Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere , Microsoft Power Automate , and ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Optimize automations and integrations between Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Microsoft tools to reduce manual steps and drive accuracy
• Manage multiple automation requests and projects across the full lifecycle — from concept and design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Engage with HR stakeholders to understand process needs and provide guidance on automation best practices and simplification
