About the role

Overview We are looking to recruit a Specialist - Project/Programme to join the Gallagher Retail Change Operation Team. The Specialist will play a key role in supporting demand management, portfolio governance, and change delivery activities across the Retail business.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing the intake, triage, prioritisation, and tracking of change requests, ensuring work is aligned with business priorities, available capacity
• Working closely with Divisional Business Leaders, the Head of Change, Project Managers, and functional stakeholders across the division
• Receive, review, and triage new business requests by assessing business impact, complexity, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Coordinate triage discussions and governance forums, ensuring decisions, actions, and outcomes are documented and communicated to stakeholders
• Maintain and manage the change demand pipeline, providing visibility of requests, priorities, resource capacity, and progress
