The Correspondence Router is responsible for processing incoming customer inquiries / complaints, including categorizing the correspondence, updating loan data, and opening MSP tasks. What you'll do

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Processes and reviews all incoming borrower, attorney, and authorized third party inquiries and complaints
Enters root cause codes for all correspondence to easily identify any possible trends
Opens MSP tasks for Payoff and Reinstatement Quotes requests
Updates accounts with any applicable codes to suppress credit reporting for payment disputes
