About the role

Responsible for Document to Data review, maintaining workflow volumes to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex matters to support client inquiries and cross-functional departments.

What you'll do

• Maintain Workflow: Maintains the workflow to meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Handle Escalation: Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance
• Support the Selene Team : Act as a key resource for the Selene team by organizing, managing, and maintaining data to streamline team operations
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies during data handling and matter tracking
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather accurate information and provide timely updates
