Specialist Software Engineer - Production Support

About the role

The role requires decent technical knowledge (UNIX, Database), business /functional skills. The role involves direct interaction with operations/middle office. Besides of the day to day support, the employee is in charge of projects. Helped by the support manager, resource works on projects which involves coordination and planning but also a direct relationship with the business line representatives/sponsors.

What you'll do

• Provide Application Support for a wide range of applications working within a global organization
• Work closely with the business, gathering their needs
• Responsible for handling Incident reporting, problem analysis, Request management

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• PRD writing
• Linux
• ITIL
• Oracle Database
• MCA or B.Tech or B.E.
