Specialist - Total Rewards (Wealth Accumulation) - Hyderabad

About the role

The position supports the administration and compliance activities associated with the Deloitte US Firms Wealth Accumulation (Retirement) programs, consisting of 401(k) savings and profit-sharing defined contribution plans and cash balance defined benefit pension plans.

What you'll do

• Supporting special projects across Wealth Accumulation programs, including compliance reviews, data clean-up initiatives, technology changes, automation efforts
• Performing participant and plan data reviews, including beneficiary updates, vesting analysis, eligibility review, and leave-related changes
• Supporting retirement benefit processing, reconciliations, quality control, tracking activities, invoices, and benefit payments for pension and defined contribution plans
• Executing user acceptance testing, documenting results, maintaining operational documentation, and updating standard operating procedures, job aids, trackers, and logs
• Analyzing data, resolving participant, vendor, and stakeholder inquiries, and communicating with India- and US-based stakeholders on time-sensitive deliverables
