About the role

The role acts as the primary interface between business users, infrastructure teams, packaging teams, and Vector support.

What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day support for Vector vCDM application
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
  • Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance
  • Coordinate with Vector product support for complex issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions

What you need

  • 4–6 yrs of experience
  • Windows Server
  • Root cause analysis
  • REST APIs
  • Java
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • ITIL
  • SQL
  • PowerShell
