Specialized Talent Sourcer

About the role

Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with specific business and talent needs. You will leverage advanced research techniques, digital platforms, professional networks, and creative outreach campaigns to build strong pipelines of specialized talent.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, specialized skill sets, and business objectives
• Create, review, and publish compelling job advertisements on relevant specialized job boards to attract suitable candidates
• Review and process applications received through multiple platforms in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify potential candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other targeted sourcing channels
• Implement traditional and innovative candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing initiatives
