Sports Venue Executive

About the role

CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years. Sports Venue Executive handles backend operations and SOP execution at the centre.

What you'll do

• Training & Growth opportunities
• Ensure backend coordination for centre readiness before and after games/events, including hygiene and security checks
• Execute all backend SOPs (booking ops, collections support, reporting, hygiene checks) exactly as defined, with zero shortcuts
• Ensure all required data, reports, and checklists are updated accurately and on time. Demonstrate consistent attendance, task completion
