About the role

QA / QC – Raw Materials and Packing Materials, EOL Finished goods and report to the unit Head on the findings. Microbiological analysis of Raw materials and Finished Goods and inform Unit head on findings. Ensure online QC such as line startup/Change over from water treatment to Final Packaging. Calibrate all lab equipment’s. arrive at calibration plan and manage operations as per supplier manual.

What you'll do

• Ensure online QC such as line startup/Change over from water treatment to Final Packaging
• Responsible for Maintance of the equipment’s as per supplier recommendation
• Analyse samples received for Customer/Consumer Complaint and provide a report on findings to the unit head. /SQS lead
• Analyse Non-Conformities using tools and arrive at CAPA desirable
• Communicate to vendors on non-Conformities and issue CAR to vendor
