Sr. Accountant II - Consolidation Accounting & GL Governance

What you'll do

• Consolidation accounting and close
• Coordinate close and consolidation deliverables across legal entities with Corporate Accounting, FP&A and regional finance teams
• Prepare and maintain non-intercompany consolidation schedules and rollforwards, incorporating intercompany schedules into the consolidated close package
• Prepare consolidation journals, including eliminations, reclassifications and top-side adjustments, with complete supporting documentation for independent review
• Reconcile consolidated balance-sheet and income-statement accounts, investigate variances and drive timely resolution of reconciling items
