Sr. Accounts Executive - Construction/ Earth Moving Equipment

About the role

Maintaining monthly/annual closing of books of accounts as per Indian GAAP and ERP system. Managing Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing process (Invoices/Orders/Credit Note/Debit Note/Delivery Challan/E-way), BRS, GL, FAR, Vendor management. Supporting the processes related to monthly payroll, incentives, leave accruals, reimbursement & F&F.

What you'll do

• Maintaining monthly/annual closing of books of accounts as per Indian GAAP and ERP system
• Supporting the processes related to monthly payroll, incentives, leave accruals, reimbursement & F&F
• Managing Inventory movement and reconciliation
• Preparing MIS reports and analysis from small to large data
• Managing TDS – Computation, Payment, return review, 26AS Reconciliation review, Form 16/16A etc

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Construction
• Tally
• Accounting
• ERP
• Statutory compliance
• MS Office
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or MBA or M.Com
