What you'll do

  • Provide L2 support for Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup, and Identity services
  • Monitor Azure environments, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Manage Azure resources such as VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPNs, Azure AD, and Azure Monitor
  • Execute provisioning, configuration changes, patching, backup validation, and operational maintenance activities
  • Support cloud governance, security compliance, cost optimization, and documentation of operational procedures
