What you'll do

• Support event organizers with pre-event setup, producer role assignment, and technical readiness checks
• Coordinate with the external event subcontractor (Meetyoo) for large-scale/high-visibility event production and technical handoff
• Incident, Problem & Change Management Own L3 incident escalation and problem management/root-cause analysis for webcast/broadcast and Teams Live Events issues
• Plan and execute changes to the Teams Live Events self-service process and supporting infrastructure
