Sr Analyst - Advanced Analytics, GIC SC Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Analytics, you will turn complex supply chain questions into practical, data-driven solutions that improve business decisions and operational efficiency. To leverage advanced analytics and supply chain expertise to drive significant improvements in plant productivity and optimize manufacturing costs across General Mills' global food manufacturing network (50+ plants).

What you'll do

• Translate business objectives into analytical problems, project scopes, success criteria, and feasible data requirements for manufacturing and supply chain initiatives
• Extract, cleanse, and analyze manufacturing data using SQL, Python, and BigQuery to identify trends, drivers, and root causes
• Develop and apply statistical, optimization, predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models to improve performance, reliability, maintenance, and waste
• Build and maintain dashboards, recommendation reports, and self-service analytics solutions using Python, Dash, GitHub, and DevOps practices, with strong data quality
• Independently deliver moderately complex projects, partner with plant and business stakeholders, communicate results, demonstrate business impact
