About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) processes. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure stable operations across international trade compliance, customs management, and risk management processes.
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS applications
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Monitor interfaces, background jobs, and application performance
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities
What you need
- 4–6 yrs of experience
- Data analysis
- SAP
- SAP HANA
- Stakeholder management
- Ticketing tools
- ServiceNow
- B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
Good to have
- SAP ABAP
