Sr. Analyst- Finance Business Partner at Eaton. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company.

What you'll do

• We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027
• The role serves as a key liaison between Mobility business stakeholders, EIIC engineering teams, and global finance, ensuring strong financial governance
• Financial Planning & Forecasting – Support annual Profit Plan (PP), monthly forecasts
• Cost Management & Governance – Track and analyze OpEx, travel, flex costs, temporary staffing, and project expenses against business targets
• Project & Program Financial Support – Provide financial analysis and ongoing support for Mobility NPI, NTI, and strategic programs executed through EIIC

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
