Sr Analyst, FP&A

About the role

You will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our global finance function — and help make our finance processes faster and smarter using AI tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, enjoys solving problems, and wants to do more than just run reports.

What you'll do

• Financial Partnership — Act as a trusted finance partner to business and functional leaders, providing timely reporting, dashboards, and visibility into operational spend
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial analytics and ad-hoc requests
• Reporting & Analysis — Deliver management reporting packages, business scorecards, and financial models for senior leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools — with a focus on real-time reporting
• Forecasting & Budgeting — Support rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and monthly budget vs. actual analysis using Pigment. Monitor KPIs, highlight trends

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
