About the role

Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers\\\\r\\\ Walk the customer through the problem-solving process\\\\r\\\ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel\\\\r\\\ Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team\\\\r\\\

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone/chat/web\\\\r\\\
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions\\\\r\\\
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services\\\\r\\\
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs\\\\r\\\
• Follow-up and update customer status and information\\\\r\\\

What you need

• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
