About the role

The Application Operations Engineer (L1) will provide first-line operational support for business-critical applications and middleware platforms. The role will be responsible for monitoring application health, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting middleware and web services, executing runbooks, and ensuring application availability in line with agreed service levels.

What you'll do

Monitor application availability, performance, alerts, and operational dashboards
Perform first-level troubleshooting for application incidents, service requests, and operational issues
Support business-critical applications running on Windows, Linux, and middleware platforms
Monitor and support web servers, application servers, and internet-facing services
Execute application health checks, service validations, SOPs, and operational runbooks
