Sr. Analyst, HR

About the role

The Analyst will consolidate contingent worker data across multiple zones/regions, strengthen governance and policy compliance, and support data delivery to drive actionable insights towards our blue-collar contingent workforce strategy. This role partners with HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and staffing suppliers to improve data integrity, reduce risk, and enable cost and performance outcomes through reliable data and analysis.

What you'll do

• Data Consolidation & Reporting
• Maintain data in standardized data definitions, taxonomies, and reference data (job families, work sites, cost centers, supplier IDs)
• Build recurring dashboards and reports for headcount, spend, tenure, overtime, productivity, and supplier performance
• Establish data quality routines (validation rules, reconciliations, exception handling) and provide recommendations to drive decision making
• Compliance & Policy Governance
