Sr Analyst III Software Engineering - Life BA

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in the insurance domain , with hands-on experience in one or more Policy Administration Systems (PAS) . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams to support insurance policy lifecycle operations and system enhancements.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for insurance products and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to design solutions aligned with business needs
• Support implementation and configuration of Policy Administration Systems such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire Policy Center, Duck Creek, Majesco
• Analyse current workflows and processes and recommend improvements or system changes
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents

What you need
