• ITSM Process Operations & Governance
• Support and optimize core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, Knowledge, Asset/CMDB
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, knowledge articles, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder presentations for ITSM processes

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• JIRA
• Dashboarding
• ITIL
• Confluence
• SOP writing
• Incident response
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA or M.Sc
