Sr. Analyst Source to Pay (S2P) Systems – Coupa

About the role

Xylem is looking for a Source to Pay (S2P) Systems Analyst - Coupa to support our current and future state S2P application, provide on-going support, and develop enhancements. You will interact with our team of finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, global process owners, and IT professionals to manage/grow the company’s S2P Platform.

What you'll do

• Responsible for assigned tasks within day-to-day production support of the Source to Pay system, Coupa
• Responsible for deep business process knowledge in order to identify and propose process efficiencies within the systems
• Configure The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System to account for new process requests/requirements that may arise; implement efficient
• Resolve escalated issues related to configured processes in The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System
• Review major release notes for The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System and provide delta assessment and impacts
