About the role

We are looking for a customer-facing Product Solutions Consultant who will act as the bridge between customers, product management, engineering, and delivery teams. The role requires strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills to drive customer engagements, product demonstrations, and business discussions.

What you'll do

Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges and requirements
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Drive customer communications, status updates, and follow-ups
