Sr Associate/ AM - Storyteller, Gurugram/Pune

About the role

We are looking for a Storyteller who can bring these journeys to life through authentic, thoughtful, and engaging storytelling. This role goes beyond writing. You will listen deeply, build trust with people from diverse backgrounds, understand their experiences, and identify the moments, challenges, choices, and transformations that make each journey meaningful.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop compelling stories from learner, alumni, mentor, and team experiences
• Conduct thoughtful one-on-one interviews and conversations to understand people's journeys in depth
• Build trust and create a comfortable environment for individuals to share personal experiences
• Identify the human insight, transformation, and larger social context behind each story
• Write authentic and engaging stories for websites, social media, newsletters, campaigns, reports, and other platforms

What you need
