Sr Associate, Credits, Incentives and Methods

About the role

As a SR&ED consultant, you will play an integral role towards advancing our clients’ innovative research initiatives. You will assist with a variety of files preparing SR&ED claims, helping the RSM SR&ED Team become a trusted advisor through providing insightful best practices and immersing yourself in the diverse industries of our client base.

What you'll do

• Working with the SR&ED Technical Lead, collaborate on files to understand the SR&ED opportunities and client expectations to meet, and exceed, our commitment to clients
• Identify and deliver on opportunities to ensure all eligible aspects and expenses of the work is identified and captured
• Collaborate with our adept Financial Team and SR&ED Technical Leads to identify eligible costs, formulate strategic plans, document rationale to claim expenses
• Participate in preparing defense strategies and presentations under the guidance of the SR&ED Technical Lead and Finance Team
