What you'll do

• New Business Expansion/Origination : Source new clients an implementing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth, client acquisition, and market positioning
• Oversee talent development, transaction origination, and deal execution
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with C-suite executives across industries such as real estate, manufacturing
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investor relations, compliance, and research, to ensure seamless deal execution
• End-to-End Transaction Execution: Responsible for the complete deal lifecycle, including: Borrower onboarding and understanding borrower requirements and market fit
