Sr. Associate - Enterprise Sales

About the role

We are looking for driven and commercially oriented professionals to join our Enterprise Sales team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with enterprise clients, understanding organisational healthcare and wellness requirements, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closure and account handover.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients across relevant industries
• Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Engage decision-makers, including founders, business leaders, HR heads, Benefits teams, and Compensation & Benefits stakeholders
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and client-specific recommendations
• Manage follow-ups, stakeholder discussions, negotiations, and the sales pipeline

What you need
