Sr Associate Facilities

About the role

The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day soft services operations across assigned Amgen facilities. The role ensures high standards of housekeeping, pantry and cafeteria services, reception, mailroom, pest control, landscaping, waste management, workplace hygiene, and employee experience while maintaining compliance with EH&S, GMP (where applicable), and Amgen workplace standards.

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement corrective actions
• Drive service excellence through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage housekeeping operations, cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and hygiene standards
