About the role

Relevant years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing - Oil and Gas Industry preferred Invoice processing, matching with accuracy and efficiency Validation and review of processed invoices to ensure quality Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies. Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions.

What you'll do

• Monitor and work on Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports
• Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger
• Review supplier, broker, and office emails daily to identify required actions, missing documents, or payment concerns
• Reconcile balances and investigate variances
• Perform detailed reconciliation and payment applications of vendor invoices
