Sr. Associate - HRIS

About the role

The Technical Specialist - HRIS is responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS systems and solutions. Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support, manages Level 2 and 3 service requests and incidents, and designs and delivers small changes and updates.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS systems and solutions
• Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support, manages Level 2 and 3 service requests and incidents
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for incidents and service requests, escalating where necessary
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with Service Desk and other support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• Onboarding
• Unit testing
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ITIL
