Sr Associate PLM Systems Analyst

About the role

Provide L2/L3 support—investigating incidents, coordinating fixes, and ensuring effective root-cause analysis. Coordinate with software vendors, technology teams and business stakeholders to track, and resolve issues. Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support—investigating incidents, coordinating fixes, and ensuring effective root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with software vendors, technology teams and business stakeholders to track, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals
• Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments
