Sr.Associate, Technical Specialist - Asset Management

About the role

The Technical Specialist - Asset Management is responsible for operational support, configuration and enhancement of AirTrunk’s enterprise asset management solution using IFS. Reporting to the Service Owner, the role supports implementation and ongoing service delivery for asset registers, maintenance planning and work management across data centre and corporate environments.

What you'll do

• Responsible for operational support, configuration and enhancement of AirTrunk’s enterprise asset management solution using IFS
• Reporting to the Service Owner, the role supports implementation and ongoing service delivery for asset registers
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for IFS incidents and service requests, escalating complex product or integration issues where necessary
• Collaborate with the Service Desk, Facilities, Operations and other support teams to meet service levels and maintain continuity of critical asset processes
• Configure and maintain approved IFS EAM settings, asset structures, locations, maintenance plans, task lists, work order flows and related business rules
