About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Engineer with strong expertise in hirise software real estate projects . The candidate will be responsible for managing all billing-related activities, contractor billing, cost tracking, and ensuring accurate financial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Prepare and verify RA bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and vendors
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation
- Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight variances
- Ensure accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) and rate analysis
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams for billing inputs
