About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Pre-Sales Business Analyst to support our IT Services Sales Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and help craft tailored service-based solutions. This role is crucial in bridging clients’ requirements with our technical and delivery capabilities.

What you'll do

• Client Discovery & Requirement Analysis
• Conduct requirement-gathering meetings with prospective clients
• Understand business objectives, technical needs, and project goals
• Translate discussions into structured documents (BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows)
• Solution Mapping for IT Services

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Agile
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Figma
• Business analysis
• BBA or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• User flows
• Wireframing
