Sr. Business Analyst -India -Chennai (FTE Only)

About the role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our unified payments platform — spanning pay-ins, payouts, onboarding, and merchant services . You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of APIs, financial workflows, and operational processes.

What you'll do

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Directors to translate the product vision into detailed business and functional requirements
• Create BRDs, FRDs, PRDs (as needed), workflow diagrams, and API requirement specifications
• Convert client issues and business gaps into precise user stories and acceptance criteria
• Product Delivery & Execution

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Business analysis

• Any graduate
