Sr. Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across our technology and digital services offerings. You will be the bridge between Exsilio's deep technical capabilities and prospective clients' business challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead generation & pipeline building
• Develop and qualify sales leads through outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and networking
• Sales strategy & execution
• Work with marketing to craft proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients
• Lead sales negotiations, including commercial terms, scope, and contracts
