About the role

A senior partner manager responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs). This role is accountable for leading relationship management, enrollment delivery, and increasing RP engagement and wallet share through personalized support, training, and data-driven performance conversations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs)
• Establish and maintain high standards for agent training and development, ensuring consistent quality in the student recruitment process
• Lead data-driven analysis of recruitment activities, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and enhanced market penetration
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing recruitment trends and market research to inform strategic planning
